Dr. Kaplan is currently based in Spokane, WA and continues to work to improve the care environment for both patients and hospital staff. As a speaker, he has many presentations on various topics aimed at different types of audiences. Dr. Kaplan continues to work one-on-one, mentoring physicians by providing specific tools to improve patient care.

Dr. Kaplan is dedicated to working with hospitals, medical groups, and physicians to provide exceptional care and extraordinary service to patients . . . at the same time focusing on creating a great place for employees to work and for physicians to practice medicine.
